Welcome to DeployMaster, operating at aideploymaster.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our offerings, including AI deployment services, digital information products, and tangible goods (each, a "Product", collectively, "Products"). By engaging with our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

DeployMaster provides professional AI deployment services, including consultation, implementation, and management. Detailed service descriptions are available on our site. All requests are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Information Products

We offer digital content such as training materials, guides, and software templates that can be downloaded following purchase. Access is granted upon completion of payment.

3. Goods

We also sell physical items, including hardware components and branded merchandise. Delivery terms are outlined at purchase.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely. Fees are due in advance. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Products you select.

5. Refund Policy

a. AI Deployment Services: You may request a transfer of service to a different date or project. Refunds are assessed case by case. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, you may receive a pro rata refund for undelivered portions. Requests must be made within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

b. Information Products: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are permitted once download access is granted. You may contact us for technical support or replacement options within 7 days of purchase.

c. Goods: You may send back physical items in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Shipping costs for sending back the item are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 15 days of our receipt of the item.

d. No-Refund Exceptions: Certain custom services or personalized solutions may have a strict policy against refunds due to the tailored nature of the work. These exceptions are clearly indicated in the service description. We strive for client satisfaction and may offer service credits at our discretion.

6. Service Transfers

Requests to reschedule or transfer service packages must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the original start date. Approval is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for changes made within 48 hours of service commencement.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeployMaster’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
